Beware, this product is probably a scam. I bought this a while ago and kept it until my toner ran out. I tried to install two or three months after purchase and got a "power error". All the protections were removed so this wasn't a problem, leaving us with two possibilities: either it was blank or it wasn't compatible with the printer chip. Anyway, I wasted $119. I think I only buy original toner: pay once, cry once. UPDATED 2/2021 - changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Arcon management cares more about customer experience. Almost 1.5 years after I purchased these toners, Laura at Arcon Revain volunteered to contact me, apologizing for the incompatibility issue and offering three options to choose from, including a full refund of the order. For technical reasons, a full credit card refund didn't work (note that the original transaction was 1.5 years ago). Laura kindly provided me with a Revain gift card that fully covers the amount I paid for the original order. Ever since I opened the package 2-3 months after receiving it I have refused a refund, that was really amazing. I wish that every company would take care of its image and its customers like this! Glory to Arkon! I take my note from above that I will never buy from them again and change to that I will definitely buy from them again. One star off because the product doesn't work.
