It's a long ordeal, but well worth it when it's your favorite, expensive, and must-have coat or jacket! I almost fainted during the process, but after reading all of the very valuable and very detailed and informative reviews and instructions - saved my $300 down parka - she cleaned up 15 years of abuse, removed every stain, updated my waterproofing , my fluff protected, the soil cleaned in sunscreen and dirt - and it looked - I swear - BRAND NEW! THEY HAVE MANY PRODUCTS - READ AND CHOOSE WITH WISDOM - THEY ARE VERY SPECIAL - They are formulated correctly - Choose the product that best suits your coat. And most importantly, CHECK THE DETAILED NOTES - WRITE TIME ETC - ALL DETAILS ARE IMPORTANT - READ, WRITE AND FOLLOW THEM - THERE WILL BE MANY STEPS - YOU MUST HAVE A TIMER, A PEN AND YOUR NOTES . I USED A PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A LONG HOSE SUITABLE FOR MY BATHROOM. I also bought 6 giant balls of yarn for the dryer section - took about 4 hours to dry without heat and about 3 hours to fluff and rebuild my down fill - but it came back beautifully! I had a BAD professional laundering experience with a leather jacket and expensive and essential coats and jackets, this works!
