Light gray is VERY LIGHT GRAY. If you want to attach it to a metal door, consider command slats. I tried drilling holes and screws; Command bars work like magic. What can I say, it does its job. Too bad it came in longer length. Excellent stuff. Blocks heat and light. I'll save the amps and screws for the next project.
