when my hygienist suggested I try to pull to reduce bleeding gums when it got pricked it sounded awful. Take a teaspoon of coconut oil and gargle with it for about 30 minutes? It sounded nothing more than awful. A) it sounded very uncomfortable putting it in my mouth B) like I would breathe like a mouth breather. But all these thoughts will be erased if you use this product. It is absolutely no problem to rinse your mouth with it for 30 minutes without getting an unpleasant aftertaste. I just ordered my second bottle. I haven't been to the dentist yet but when I do I will add to this review. I feel like my gums are less red and at first I felt like they were turning white but after 2 months I'm not so sure. I'm a coffee drinker so maybe that doesn't help either. However, the mouth feels good immediately after use, followed by an electric toothbrush, dental floss and a burst of water. Follow up - 3 bottles later. two dental check-ups - gums have improved a lot with this product, no more bleeding when pressed hard, slightly less pointed gums, healthier colour; The hygienist suggested I try applying more of this product to my back upper teeth. My hygienist's suggestion to try coconut pulling was good and with this product that's no problem!
