The phone has a number of positive qualities: The cameras are great, and the resulting images look stunning in natural light. The audio impressed me, as it is rich and full without being shrill. Negatives: - something is wrong with the headphone audio jack; upon closer inspection, I discovered that the jack of my separately purchased headphones dangled in the phone; as a result, the volume changed somewhat when the phone was in my pocket. Without a park, I tried using the included headphones, but they too broke after about 15 months. My eyesight began to deteriorate about a week after I started using the phone; at first I blamed the infrared sensor in my irises, but I eventually learned that it was actually caused by the OLED matrix's low PWM fill factor, which, when viewed in the dark, can cause significant irritation to the eye's lens. Apparently, there's a scandalous photo that's going around town. I just don't know! Unfortunately, the cost to my eyesight means that I will soon be switching phones because I simply cannot adapt to this one. - a plethora of pre-installed, pointless stuff, a la es; some banking; a distinct market from Samsung (I wonder if anyone uses this dump at all); bixby as a distinct topic; bixby widgets as pointless garbage; no payload; bixby assistant as of 2022; Picking up the phone always reveals a child's plaything; if you must hide it, at least activate the display.
