First of all it works. But it doesn't articulate the same thing as all the inventions Tyson made. In order for this to work optimally and lay flat on the floor, I had to lower the vacuum about a foot lower than I normally hold comfortably. Otherwise only the front of the tool would rest on the floor surface. I believe another review mentioned this.
