Review on Classic Accessories SS SMS 4008176 Black Cover by Rudy Santos

Just received and unpacked last night. I was disappointed when I opened it because the fabric isn't really thicker than a windbreaker. I expected hard work. Will it work? I'm comfortable for the winter only if I protect myself from the wind. I live where it gets very windy for most of the winter. I'm giving it three stars because I understand that not everyone lives in a windy area, so elsewhere it will probably take a few years.
