Great for hiking! The roll is big and lasts a long time! We don't take the whole roll on hikes/climbs, we wrap it around a straw (cut into a short piece) and take it with us instead. This material is perfect for many things on the trail! It copes with blisters, hot spots, cuts and also helps repair devices. It's so versatile, lightweight and easy to use! It's REALLY sticky so it can hurt to peel it off your skin, but it stays in place with sweat and water so it's not a bad thing! I keep a small amount in my backpack and backpack as well as in my car.
