Excellent product. I am always looking for a protein powder that is low carb, high protein and high energy. I use protein not only for pre and post workout recovery, but also for instant energy when I need to rev up between meals. I also use it as a dietary supplement on low carb days. This protein is great. I've found that I feel a lot more energetic after consuming it compared to other proteins I've tried. Aside from the low calorie, high energy it provides, it tastes pretty good. I'm not usually one to mind the taste of protein powders, but this one is particularly good (I've only tried cookies and cream). It does seem to taste a bit like whey, so if that bothers you, it might not be for you. It mixes great with water, or I mix it with ice cream and almond milk. It mixes easily and tastes great with everything I've tried so far. Great product, great price, great company. I recommend it and will buy it again.
