I often take cocktails, wine, liquor for a drinks book I make. I go through everything, mix drinks, freeze ice and cut into clear ice, set lights and background drops etc. By far the most annoying and boring part is cutting clear ice because it takes so long and I never get it perfect size and shape for a glass. They're small, very transparent, make the perfect impression of ice (especially on camera - apart from a slight puddle of melted water that I sometimes look for, they obviously can't give me) Whoever said that, bravo.
