First of all I am very cynical and reticent when I read reviews on Amazon. It's annoying to delve deep into fake reviews. In my opinion. Sound - 9.5 out of 10 literally just a neutral soundstage with no adjustment sounds so good Comfort 8.5 out of 10 Velor earpads are really cushioning (I honestly thought it was a joke, but velor is better). For me, the clamping force is a little more than the comfort of the Sony 1000xm4/bose qc35ii, but it adjusts over time. Build quality 8.5 out of 10 reliable components, I think they are durable unlike another reviewer. A bit clumsy, but I knew that when I bought it. * Microphone (NeeGo) 6 out of 10, it works. with some tweaks (you get what you pay for, see updates below) + hours per day. I mainly use them for gaming, but they can actually be used for almost anything. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better pair of over-the-ear headphones for $120 (discounted, including mic). I had ATH-M50x, Bose QC35ii, Sony WH-1000xm4, Philips shp9600, TB Atlas Elite Pro and Arctis 5x, 7x for reference. You are just amazing **Update** 6/2021 - 6 months later All is well. I even bought my wife a pair. A few things to note: 1. The clamping force has decreased and gotten better.2. Velor pads can keep warm over 1 hour of non-stop gaming3. Audio leaking into the mic was a minor issue - I had to tweak the sound settings in Xbox and point the mic myself to the 'right' spot so others wouldn't hear my sound. It's annoying, but I think it's a small price to pay to get so much value out of these headphones when used for gaming. DTS-X and Dolby Atmos are fantastic on Xbox or PC. It's so natural that it takes you into whatever environment you observe. I bought a pair for my wife who was skeptical that the headphones sound drastically different when playing FPS games in terms of sound and location, but she loved it. I'm not kidding, she got better when she started hearing footsteps in Fortnite.6. If you have children... with these outdoor headphones, you can easily listen and talk to them or others around you when the volume is kept at around 50%-70%.7. We both love her. Trust my review as I always spend days searching hour by hour for the best money to buy when shopping on a budget.
