Weak fan, unreliable, holds water
The fan powering this inflatable model barely keeps it inflated - any added weight or wind will cause it to droop and sag. It only has a sewn-in nylon strap on one side to attach it to the ground. Most other large inflatable boats have at least two attachment points on opposite sides. Finally, it keeps water in the top brim of the hat. On a weak/underperforming motor it would sag and sag significantly. I was able to wring it out, getting wet in the process.
