Worried but works fine

Arrived a few weeks, it came in a pretty shabby box but when installed it works fine. 1/2 star deducted for the delivery time and 1/2 star for the condition of the packaging upon delivery. UPDATE: After a few weeks of use, the only obvious issue I've found is that the BIOS doesn't support fan speed control. Although the CPU fan header looks like a 4-pin PWM, it cannot be controlled.
