I have had this monitor since March 18th. I bought the Asurion product support package from him. I've used it every day since I bought it and the display was sharp - everything about it was better than expected. When I sat down to start work this morning it didn't work. It's clear that it's on and looks like it's booting up and then going to sleep. I applied with my info on Asurion and they said to call Revane. I've been holding Revane for 10 minutes now. It was a great product until it stopped working. It has helped me to complete important tasks day by day. Update: I've never heard Asurion or Revane respond to this statement. I didn't use the monitor for a few days and finally it started working again. Now I have problems with the USB C cable, it keeps coming out. I bought a USB C to USB C replacement. There is something unique about the cable that comes with this monitor as no USB C cable will work with it.
