I bought this for my mother in law as a Christmas present. The chain exceeded expectations for the price I bought it for. The only flaw I saw, and the reason for the 4 stars, was that the mother was a little stretched on the side of the heart and didn't read as clearly. The written "I love you" was very small. Besides, it was beautiful.
