First, the chair was surprisingly easy to assemble. This is often my first concern when ordering something that needs assembly. I've been known to find reasons to put off the difficult part for a long time. When I got down to business, it turned out to be quite simple. The word "ergonomics" is used rather casually in chair advertising, but in this case, while I'm no expert, I think it fits perfectly (no pun intended). I tend to hang around at my desk. I love how this chair back encourages the exact opposite: I lean back and my spine curves in an arc that stretches me in the right direction for good posture. For me this is no small matter. Another feature I appreciate is that the wheels don't get stuck on the carpet I have in the office. They don't snag or jam, which was a very, very annoying feature of my previous chair. There's very little groaning, creaking, or protesting noise as I twist, turn, and roll over. The chair feels like a solid support but not heavy or bulky. Overall yes, this is a five star chair at a great price. I am very pleased!
