Received my package yesterday, accidentally thrown on the porch, damp, sticky and smelling of soap; Well, I can only assume it was thrown, but that box must have been pushed by something violent. Ironically, it appears that measures were taken to protect the jar during transit - a sealing label and bubble wrap. Which would probably actually work if one made an effort to keep the container upright. But it wasn't. That was crap #1. Crap #1.5 - because it was dirty the box couldn't be recycled, and because the dirt was chemical it couldn't be composted either. After washing the sticky detergent off my hands that made them look like sandpaper for most of the day (pain #2) and washing it a bit, I wasn't too upset. It worked and smelled good. My biggest disappointment, however, came just a minute ago when I saw how much I paid for this trash-packed jar full of holes, which arrived at a junkyard a week later! Aside from my surprise at how small the container was, this thing cost about $20! I was just looking for bleach for color safety and figured there were at least two containers in the order for this price. The product is good but just buy it from a store where you could probably get two jugs for that price. Never again! Not the product itself, but definitely the seller.
