Easy to tear and knot

I bought these to use at the end of the braid as a regular hair tie can be quite bulky. I would not recommend it for children's hair. A few times I had tangled ends of my hair. They can be difficult to remove or break while you are wearing them. Very successful or not. Ultimately they serve the purpose I bought them for. They are very inexpensive and there are plenty of them in the pack. I can't complain too much. Just note that this is a product you pay for.

Pros

The hair band is made of eco-friendly silicone, tiny and soft but with high elasticity.
