IT'S ONLY A STICKER AND BOLT
Supplied in bags with a stud and a sticker with a peel-off liner. You put the screw on, tighten it, and then separate the stick (at least a 3M sticker) and place it on top of the screw where you want the sticker. Easy to apply but seems cheap and I'm sure the decal won't stand up to rain or weather for long. It's cool but not worth the money and definitely not what I expected.
