I was looking for a space-saving way to store my tops and lightweight sweaters or blouses. I found this. HOW IT IS MADE They come in a box sealed in a plastic bag. QUALITY This is decent quality but I have to say this is only for light weight items. I wouldn't make heavy skirts or pants out of it. The hook it hangs on will stretch over time. EASY TO USE. I just put on shirts or tops and then let the hook go. I even have a few garment bags that are perfect for a tiered hanger system. I wouldn't use it for heavier items like coats, pants, or baggy skirts. MY RANKING I have them for shirts and tops as well as lightweight items that fit in holster bags. They are perfect for that. Four stars. I wish the hanging hooks were a little stronger.
