It costs almost $100 at local major pet stores. So that's the deal. The one I got also came with a dual flow atomizer which is a bonus. Installing the overflow on my 90 gallon all glass windshield was a breeze. Don't waste time going to the big hardware stores and guessing what you need. The adjustable inlet adjusts it exactly how you want it, and you can't easily do it with PVC. You can adjust it to draw just the right amount of water into the sump, and if the water level or the return pump stops, the air intake will stop the water when the overflow drops sufficiently. My only downside was that the dual flow didn't work in my overflow application (it was supposed to come out the left and right side of the box to return to the tank). I had to point the flow nozzles to the right side and then bend one to get into the left third of the tank. No big deal as long as there's water in it. My circuit does the work of the circuit.
