I bought this monitor to use as a screen extension for my laptop. Great image for spreadsheets and allows you to view much more without having to reduce spreadsheet size. I was a little worried about the stand that supports the screen as I read in reviews that some people had trouble installing the stand. Follow the instructions carefully and notice that there are two grooves on the workstand that need to be aligned with the metal base. This allows you to tighten the screw that holds them together if needed. Once the base is assembled, it slides into the back of the monitor and slides into place. So far only the first day, but the quality of the picture on the monitor is satisfied.
