The first monitor was bad, the replacement is ok. Both units I received make electronic noises when switched on, so this unit used very cheap internal parts. The image is better in color than other TN monitors I've used in the past. One thing that stands out about this monitor is that the all black design is so much better than 99% other ugly monitor designs, the looks are much appreciated. At $170, which was cheaper than most of the competition, it was a fair buy. However, if you can find a better price and you like the features/design, I would say that going for this monitor is better than nothing special about this monitor. One of the main reasons I bought this monitor is the TN panel as 144Hz offers less motion blur and faster response than other panel types. It's also worth noting that this monitor uses a flat panel, not a curved one. It's important to note that Dell is an idiot and does NOT include a DisplayPort cable. So if you want 144Hz and Free/Gsync you'll have to spend an extra $10 to get that. Actual total price is around $195. About 4 years ago I had a $150 144hz monitor that came with a DisplayPort cable as most things were overpriced in the Covid times. for this monitor. I hope my review was helpful!
