Absolute rubbish - the range disappears completely at a distance of two meters

Absolute rubbish. I paid $15 for it in April 2019. As of December 2019, it's now $7. It would still be a $1 plagiarism. I plugged it into the USB port on the front of my full-size PC case, exactly 19 inches off the bottom. My Xbox and PS4 controllers work fine via USB cables. Wireless connection via Bluetooth, they work great in front of that key or even on the side. The moment the controller, also held at a height of 19 inches, crosses the side of the button, I lose 100% of the signal and the controller becomes unresponsive. I pull it back an inch so it's slightly forward and it works again. I slowly move him forward an inch: complete separation. It looks like a studio microphone with a semi-circular sound pattern. If you turn sideways 180 degrees, even just a little, it's completely useless for wireless gaming. Repayment. I ended up with an official Microsoft Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 that works great with the Xbox controller. I'll probably pick up a wireless PCIe adapter with an external antenna for decent Bluetooth coverage for non-Xbox controllers and other devices.

Pros
  • Frequency range: 2.4 ~ 2.4835 GHz, license-free ISM band
Cons
  • Discontinued model
