At first I really liked this collar. But less than 1 month later it stopped working. Fully charged, the light is on, the remote control seems to work, but no sound, no vibration, no shock. After fixing the problem, I came to ask the seller about it. It turned out that the last day to return was yesterday. Didn't have to worry about troubleshooting. UPDATE: Second ordered. Thought if I don't use it on the lake. Just 1 week later it also has the same crash. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COLLAR. Revain's return policy is terrible. I can't send the second one back. You can bring them both back! $64 later and still no training collar. Too bad the silicone coated teeth touch my dog's fur easily while the other metal teeth are painful to remove as they pull out the hair.
