Nice little gadget to reduce the waste of non-refillable lighters. I often use them for candles, but I also light lighters daily to ignite my 40-year-old stove, which doesn't always light itself when lit. I was a bit hesitant to use them for this but they worked well and the flexible neck allowed me to get into tight corners to light them up. You have to aim more precisely than with a traditional lighter - you have to get the arc right on the wick or exactly where you need to ignite it, but in the end it works well and there's less waste. I like it for lighting birthday candles or tea lights more than lighting a stove. You can place them in a long storm jar and light short candles at the base without worrying about the flames burning your knuckle hair like you would with a regular lighter. Came partially charged so it worked right out of the box but it's easy to plug in and charge again. The two lighters come individually boxed with their own charger so you can keep one for yourself and give the other as a gift, or use one and keep the other in case your belongings get lost. I work at events and this is a great reusable option but you have to remember to recharge it after you've lit a room full of candles so they're ready for the next event.
