Yes it's made in China but it works and just saved me at least $100 in support calls to get my landline working again. House is 28 years old and the telephone wiring was designed (in no particular order) by Cox, Direct TV and AT&T. A splicer's nest, and no one knows which wire feeds which room! Was able to send a good signal to each wire individually so I knew where they all went. Service restored!
