The tutu was exactly as pictured. It suits me perfectly. My US dress size is between 6 and 8 and I ordered a normal size. rubber band wide; stretches well and does not pinch. It sits on my thighs. The length is also suitable for a tutu. You can fluff it up for added volume and length. The only thing I didn't like was the smell. A little suspicious. No seriously. But I can live with that, not too much.
