Single bright red pixel. Some dark halos/marks in games. save the image; reversible

Budget 4K display Poor Really well done, but there are critics. First I got a panel with a stuck red pixel; which never went away despite several recommended methods to get rid of it. This is only noticeable in very dark images, with such small pixels it is only a spot. It wasn't worth the risk to return/exchange and get something worse. There are some issues with ghosting and smearing on darker images in games, but that's not bad for a general-purpose monitor. I encountered an afterimage with bright frame patterns that persisted for 30 minutes; but was solved with the built-in tool after about 10 minutes. This indicates a lack of processing; Impurities in liquid crystals: display uniformity problems that lead to parasitic capacitance or charge build-up. A splash screen with random patterns and colors can help deduce that extra charge. The built-in speakers sound rather weak; just awful really. Sounds like a phone speaker in a plastic box. GoodLatency is very good compared to other monitors I've had. Color can be very accurate with a little fine tuning. Anti-reflective coating or processing works well without being noticeable. The display is typically bright enough to be used in a well-lit room. Upscales 1080p content fairly well. HDR and FreeSync are quite suitable for this monitor; but I expected that for the price. The stand is really adjustable and surprisingly stable/balanced. Except for the front panel, the plastic looks quite high-quality. Got it on sale at a bargain price. Smaller than some 2k or even 1080p displays of this size (27")
