The product arrived on time and in good condition. Until I removed the lid of the jar and the product was no longer sealed. The surface was not smooth. I was wondering if this has been used before. Then I decided I didn't want to try. Returned. The product is made in Japan and contains a variety of ingredients; more of a chemical bath than a hair conditioner. The main ingredients are listed, but not the long list that covers the side of the tin.
