It seems to have helped my iron swing. I mostly used it without poles. The plexiglass is very strong and has withstood the hits of my club, left, right and full height. Immediate feedback where I missed something. Very nice that I didn't have to stop swinging and adjusting the tees or any other slot reset device. Simply point the plexiglass at the target and swing to hit the slot, not the plastic. Eventually I came up with a swing that allowed me to hit the ball and miss the edges of the Plexiglas. It made a big difference in the course. I have more confidence that I can swing the ball well and have a chance of hitting the green.
