I have celiac disease and multiple food allergies so my diet is restricted. I also have adrenal fatigue and absolutely need to eat protein every few hours to keep my energy levels stable. A big problem I have is getting my protein in the morning. I don't usually have the desire/time to cook and eat meat. I also can't consume most of the protein powders on the market (they all contain dairy, eggs or grains/legumes) so I was very happy to discover this protein powder (found it from an ad in Paleo magazine). Not sure what to expect from this protein powder but so far it's great! It tastes fantastic and gives the smoothie a nice fluffy texture. I mix it with banana, berries, coconut milk and bee pollen. It makes a super tasty smoothie. I also love that it's so pure (from grass-fed cows), sugar-free, and contains only natural flavor. L-Glutamine, which helps heal the gut, plus the probiotics and MTC from the coconut are a huge plus! Very excited I found it!
