The ease of use is one thing I like best about this product! It's simple to set up for any size business or organization (even multiple locations), it provides great insight into where our privacy practices are falling short as well as giving us ways in which we can improve them moving forward.

There really isn't anything I dislike at all; however if there was something else added within the system such as an audit report perhaps? Having complete control over my employees' personal information makes me feel more comfortable knowing they're not being misused by anyone other than myself.
