3 speed fan purchased Installing the Ubiquiti UniFi system. Access Points, Bullet Cameras, etc. All of them work on POE. I bought a small 60W 8-port (4 POE ports) switch for each segment of my network. The switch pictured runs 2 UniFi cameras and 1 UniFi hotspot, as well as internet for TV, ROKU and Blu-ray, so these little switches will be kept busy. To keep those local switches cool, I needed a quiet fan solution that wasn't too noticeable. These fans are perfect. There is something to consider. If you want these fans to run at the lowest possible decibels, make sure they are plugged into a local USB port on a DC device like an XBOX (mine is plugged into a ROKU USB). If you must use a USB AC/DC adapter, these operate at a slightly higher voltage and have a noticeable increase in decibels. 5 Stars.
