It will help you, but not OEM quality.

I had an old power steering pump that was humming and making a lot of noise so I decided to try this one. This is not a Showa remanufactured pump. I don't know what it is, but once installed (proper bleed, ATF fluid and o-rings all checked, fluid level is normal) steering became much more difficult than before. There are no obstructions, leaky lines or anything preventing the steering from working this way. Will this pump work, yes. Does it work to the same specs as the OEM pump, no.
