Very functional and beautiful lap table

After much searching and reading many reviews of other desktops, I bought this laptop from Lap Gear Bamboo and I have no regrets. The quality of the product is top notch. I chose the Bamboo top version over the thin MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) versions which are lightweight, brittle and break like a cracker. The bamboo worktop is 10mm (0.397 inch) thick and the finish on both sides and the edges was nice and flawless. Other sellers of similar bamboo laptops have complained that the bamboo is falling apart and has poor workmanship. The money definitely got me a better lap table. The pillow is soft, non-chafing. The label says "100% Cotton" and "Spot Clean Only". The label also states that the filler is "100% Styrofoam Balls". There was no shortage of filling and the pillow was very thick but still fit my feet. There is no zipper on the outside of this lining to remove or refill the filling unless it is on the side. pinned to bamboo. The pillow doesn't have a specific incline, so if you adjust the filling to set the level, it will. The cushion allows some adjustment at a slight angle and conforms to your feet. The overlay is permanently attached to the bamboo with clips along the perimeter, located below the h-boundary surrounding the pad, and can be removed if necessary. I have a 17" HP laptop with a 15.6" screen. When my laptop is closed, it measures 17 1/2 inches diagonally from corner to corner, 10 inches from edge to edge, and 15 1/8 inches from edge to edge. My laptop is great for this Bamboo Lap Desk. I am currently using a small Logitech M325 Wireless Mouse and there is very little room to move the mouse across the bamboo when the laptop is centered in the bamboo. ) then there is plenty of room for the mouse. I would recommend a bamboo mouse pad so you don't ruin the finish over time. I bought a thin black mouse pad that I will trim to fit the curved shape of the bamboo, but the pad does not protrude beyond the top. The rubber feet on the bottom of my HP laptop allowed me to tilt the bamboo table in my lap more than 45 degrees and the laptop didn't move at all. Time will tell on the pillow what I'll do. What should I do with it? I don't know if I can detach it from the bamboo for cleaning or filling. But I am very happy with this purchase. The removable cardboard banner d that wraps around the table says from the manufacturer that it was made in China and there is nothing surprising. It also came in a manufacturer's box, which is heavier than a regular Revain box. ATTENTION! This seller also sells a mahogany version of the same portable table. The bamboo version is the real bamboo, not something that looks like it. Mahogany version - MDF. MDF is NOT REAL wood. It's like layers of pressed cardboard and the mahogany looks like contact paper over it. MDF is very light, much lighter than bamboo, but also very brittle. Zoom in on the buyer's picture of the mahogany desk damage and you can see the cardboard.
