Right after I hit the one click button to buy this product, I wish I had bought a 16 inch square instead. I already had the 11" extension, but it still placed the 12" shower head pretty close to the wall, so you really need another 11" extension (or at least 20" from the wall). Maybe after this addition a 12" will do. Maybe my water pressure isn't very high because when I tilt the 12" head the water still falls straight down. If your hookah comes straight off the ceiling would be natural everything perfect. In any case, I'll most likely be buying a 16" head. "I like the 12 as well". Great product. Every shower should have one. But I'd get at least a 16" square and a 20 Suggest "extension if it's against the wall. It also comes in a 20" square. how cool is that? oh you have to use teflon tape which is NOT included.
