I don't know why the price is justified. I cranked it up to 3000MHz and ran stably at that speed on my AMD 2700x with an Asus ROG Strix X470-F gaming board. This is the fastest speed I'm comfortable with given my ability. I suspected this was causing my system to crash when the system was idle, but I uninstalled two third-party apps and one of them was undoubtedly the culprit. So now my system is fully satisfied. I've never gotten my bios or RyzenMaster utility to accept 15 CAS latencies, so it's running at 16ms instead of 15. But it works, it's a Corsair Vengeance and my system flies, especially in games. But I also have a very good GPU (Sapphire Nitro+ AMD Vega 64). One star deducted because of the price. However, the light can be programmed using the Corsair iCUE utility. Looks cool in my case.
