Combo is great for driving. After using it all day while driving, I felt more comfortable and less anxious sitting in the same seat for long periods of time. The only issue I have is that I'm about 6ft 2ft tall and the pillow is very thick and makes me sit a lot higher than usual. I'm only returning it because I sit so high because the car I drive doesn't go lower and I don't like being that much taller. Great product would recommend but if you are taller I would choose something with a thinner pillow. UPDATED: After a few months of use I've removed the cushion from the back of my car seat and without the back cushion I'm so uncomfortable, I'm so used to using it and have no issues with it. Even though it sometimes slips while driving, it's an easy fix and I have no problem with it!
