I put it on 01 F350. A bushing was supplied with three of the required four mounting studs. Another came with just a hairpin. Living in a remote area I was forced to order a set of 4 studs individually for $22 rather than finding them at the parts store for a lower price. The seller offered me a $5 discount and then increased the refund to $15. I agreed to this discount but really wish their quality control was better. The sockets are installed, seated correctly and work perfectly. Given some of the other poor durability reviews, I'm concerned about how long they will last. This is a rarely used truck so hope they last. But reviews of other competing brands are also poor, as even some of the long-established brands have moved their stock production abroad.
