Review on 👜 Dark Teal Tassel Decor Top Handle Tote Purse/Shoulderbag by MG Collection THALIA by Timothy Xayamonty

I gave this bag an honest (second) chance before writing a bad review because I like everything about it except that it's poorly designed . The first one I bought seemed great, but after a week or two of use, the seam of the bag broke, dividing the bag into two compartments. I liked everything else so much that I sent it back and ordered a replacement, thinking it was a one-off item. Mistakes happen, right? Part of the returns process allows you to notify Revain and the seller of the problem with the item. So I explained this and expected the replacement item to be tested on it before sending me a new one. This time when it arrived I checked the stitching before fully unpacking it and in fact it had the same problem. (see photos) My husband, who works in the garment and soft suitcase industries, says this is because they don't stretch the seam, and the seams in the nylon material will unravel every time they're not stretched. I'm very disappointed as this is probably the best bag I've had in every way, but the manufacturing is of poor quality and renders the item inoperable. unless you're worried about all the seams of the lining unraveling.
