WARNING: I have been using Nathan vests for many years and have never had a problem so I bought a Nathan when I needed a new one. The vest I received has a defective bite valve. Instead of returning the item to Revain I contacted customer service and they showed no interest in helping me. I asked for a bite valve replacement and my request was denied. Instead of going through the return process, I decided to replace the bite valve at my own expense. For this reason I give the article the stars. However I would say if the bite valve works or was replaced by the seller as it should have been I would give the product 5 stars as that is really what it deserves when received in 100% working condition. Good product! But if there is no retailer behind it, what good does it do?
