We wanted something that would create a gentle breeze in the RV when we lay in bed. This thing fits all requirements perfectly. It's very quiet on the lowest setting. You have to be pretty close to feel the breeze at this point. At the highest level it creates a very good breeze that moves an amazing amount of air without being too loud. (We have a camper with a tent so volume is subjective when you can still hear everything outside haha) The built in light is an added bonus. Two bulbs at the end have 3 levels of brightness, and on the top one the fan blades themselves light up. The two end lights can be positioned, but since they are diffuser lenses they don't "steer" the light as much, but still a little. We love the hanging hook and the fact that you can also attach it to the rubber feet. The hook seems strong enough that I'm not worried about hanging it over our bed at night. The battery lasts long enough to be useful, which is nice. Overall a great little fan/light for the price and we will definitely get another one if we need another fan in the camper.
