Good thick warm socks! We bought these for our 11 month old baby for the upcoming winter. We've had them for a long time and we love them! They are nice and warm and fit her very well! Right now they reach just below her knees. She is in the 70th percentile of growth. Her foot is about 4.5 inches. We have worn these socks with shoes and boots. They are quite thick, so it is better to wear them with boots than shoes. Even if your child's shoes get too small, don't expect these socks to fit well. You are beautiful and fat. I really like the thickness because it warms the baby's legs! We walked in waterproof boots in 50°F (no lining, just rubber boots) and these socks will keep kids feet nice and warm! We haven't had cooler weather during the day but so far they're working great! We also used these socks at night when the temperature dropped a bit. They help keep baby's feet warm. We use cotton pajamas and wear these socks over them. The only thing I didn't like about these socks were the dogs. If you look at them too closely, they look a little creepy. Especially purple. But since we used them with boots, we hardly see the dogs. Tip: Wash these socks in a delicate bag. This helps slow wear and prevent sock loss!
