I ran my first half marathon in NYC two weeks ago and needed a place to store my phone and gu packs. This is a good quality belt and mesh. It just stretches according to your needs and doesn't appear to lose shape after use. I was able to easily and well balance an iPhone 4, some wipes, lip balm and 4 packs of Gu gel. It looks like it would wash well in a hanging wash too. Sometimes he jumped, but not very noticeable and not annoying. I'm a 5'5" female and 125 pounds. I may need to tighten it up. Will use for future races.
