My attitude has gone really crazy during this whole Covid-19 epidemic. I find myself slouching and unable to sit up straight, especially when sitting at the computer. It got to the point where my back hurt so much that I had to lie down on a flat surface to try and relax it. I went to the chiropractor a few times before it all shut down, but I really needed something I could use when I needed it. I found this product and decided to risk it. I didn't have high hopes but for the price I was willing to try. I also didn't think it would be easy to put on or adjust. I was wrong on both counts. That works great. I was surprised at how easy it was to attach and set up. I really think you have to be careful not to overtighten it, at least until you get used to it. You can't fix bad posture overnight, so take it easy. I would also advise you to only wear it for a few minutes a day. I wear 20-30 minutes a day. It may not seem like it's working, but once you remove it, your body will tell you it's trying to adjust. I've had it for about 4 days now and it works great, I can honestly say it helps my body not to sag and my back is happy about it. Very glad I made this purchase.
