For reference, I have the 5V ARGB version. The product looks good. i felt strong I was able to easily service my MSI 2070 Armor OC. It is good in its original design. Here are the issues I have with it: - I wish the cord was just a few inches longer. It was a little difficult to get to the ARGB connector on my board as it is in the top right corner of the board and the cable comes out the bottom left edge of this unit. Asus X570 Tuf Gaming Plus WiFi. "Here's the big thing I took off the stars for: The product says it has a built-in splitter to connect another ARGB product. That is technically correct. But the splitter is complete bullshit. First, this is a totally non-standard, poorly designed connector. The length of the exposed pin is about 1mm (standard length is 4-5mm) and there is nothing in the splitter to cover the mating cable. This means that the only thing keeping this cable from the other device you want to use is a tiny bit of exposed contact, which frankly is barely enough to make an electrical connection. It's unreliable at best, and tape and zip ties might not even make a good connection. I have no idea why they decided to develop a crappy molded plug and cap for exposed pins when STANDARD 4 pin sockets already exist and all they had to do was insert a cable. Since I have the tool and these pins, here's what I do with my cable. Finally, I would like the LED to be discharged a little more. (minor/minor).
