I spent an hour applying a 4 x 12 strip and it does NOT stick. Someone got really drunk! I watched video after video before attempting to install it as the direction suggests. If there is support for it. I do not see it. One side is slippery, the other has texture. That's all! First I washed the window and then wiped it with vinegar. I then dried it well, then put soap in a spray bottle and filled it with water, as many are guessing. Cut to size, placed by the window where it was sliding and sliding all the time. I tried using a precision knife/razor blade to cut it out. With great effort I finally got an "acceptable” cut. This is if you are not confused by the shortcomings. what i hate FYI, even with a brand new blade, the utility knife has a hard time cutting through it without a pull. Then I tried to burst the bubbles with a plastic credit card. They make it look sooooo easy. Bull! I don't know where these videos are from, but I call BS! What a pot! I spent $60 on this crap! Save your money, lies, all lies. Someone has to pay for these reviews. The thing costs nothing! To say I'm annoyed is putting it mildly! To say this is a nightmare for work is kind! ***** The update finally got support from two friends. It is clear and has no advantages to deal with. The search lasted several hours. Except that my review still stands. Don't waste money! That sucks!
