This is the second order I have ordered. I originally ordered a smaller one but it was too small but ended up keeping it. I agree with the other reviewer, the size is off. Works much less than stated measurements. I found it to be waterproof. he is soft No noise / inner lining made of plastic. Very thick but soft blanket. The reviewer mentioned in the review takes a long time to dry when washed, yes that's true. However, it is worth being waterproof. I keep it on my double bed to protect my comforter. It does not fully cover the queen's width/length as shown in the photo on the website. And there is certainly no overhang like in the photo, hence the 3 star rating. If it weren't for the size distortion and I therefore had to order 2, I would have given this duvet 5 stars.
