Charming but small

This outfit is amazing! I love the design, the colors and the softness of the fabric. My child is tall and thin and the shirt fits him perfectly. The shorts were tight on him and he's not that tall. The shorts don't stretch much either. I would like to see more accurate measurements for this outfit.
